Terms of Service

1. Service

Bundleflow is a Shopify app that provides bundle and offer functionality, storefront-related offer delivery, analytics, document generation, email workflows, billing-related features, and related merchant tools.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the merchant, store, or business using Bundleflow and to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• your Shopify store, operations, and customer relationships
• the accuracy and legality of the data you make available to Bundleflow
• your store configuration, offer setup, templates, automations, and billing selections
• providing required notices and obtaining required consents from customers
• reviewing generated offers, documents, emails, and automations before relying on them in production

4. App Access and Shopify

Bundleflow integrates with Shopify and depends on Shopify’s platform, APIs, app permissions, billing systems, and extension surfaces. Some functionality may change if Shopify changes its platform, permissions, or requirements.

5. Billing and Plans

Some features may require a paid plan, usage-based limits, or an active app subscription through Shopify. Trial eligibility, billing intervals, discounts, and plan access are determined according to the app’s configuration and Shopify billing approval flows.

Failure to maintain an active subscription or remain within plan limits may result in restricted access to some or all features.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Bundleflow:

• in violation of law or third-party rights
• to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized communications
• to process data you are not authorized to use
• to interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the app
• to attempt unauthorized access to Bundleflow systems or merchant data

7. Merchant Data and Privacy

As between Bundleflow and the merchant, the merchant controls the merchant store data made available to the app. Bundleflow may process merchant and customer data as necessary to provide the app, secure the service, improve reliability, enforce these Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Use of personal data is also governed by the Bundleflow Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and Changes

Bundleflow may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or continued availability of any specific feature.

9. Third-Party Services

Bundleflow may rely on third-party services, infrastructure providers, and Shopify platform services. We are not responsible for outages, failures, or changes caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

10. Disclaimers

Bundleflow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bundleflow disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bundleflow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to the use of Bundleflow.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bundleflow’s total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by the merchant for Bundleflow during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bundleflow from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• your use of the app
• your store, products, offers, documents, emails, or automations
• your violation of law
• your violation of these Terms
• your infringement of any third-party rights

13. Termination

You may stop using Bundleflow at any time by uninstalling the app and discontinuing use. We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect the app, comply with legal obligations, address misuse, or respond to billing or security issues.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on billing obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing terms.

14. Governing Terms

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Bundleflow regarding the service, unless superseded by a separate written agreement.
